About the Role
Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a compassionate individual to provide 1:1 in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. This role involves implementing behavior plans, collecting data, supporting skill development, and empowering families.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
- Implement personalized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Collect data.
- Support skill development.
- Empower families through training and compassion.
Requirements
- Must speak Spanish.
- Must have a heart for working with children.
- Must have a passion for supporting families affected by Autism.
