Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of medium-scale, medium-complexity strategic business and technology projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to define requirements, assess alternatives, and present solutions to business challenges.
• Manage budget and resource planning, serving as the single point of contact for all economic and regulatory issues for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project parameters for project requirements.
• Manage and coordinate all activities leading to successful project completion, including scoping, timelines, cost estimates, and design.
• Build business cases and project justifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3–6 years of project management experience in construction projects: Electrical/Gas Substation, Compressor, Transmission, Distribution, or Civil projects.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
