About the Role

ICON is rebuilding recruiting from the ground up, establishing a Recruiting Delivery Center of Excellence to find and win talent with the speed, rigor, and market insight of top search firms. This role is for a Sourcing Recruiter to identify and engage passive, in-demand talent for critical searches, contributing to the company's mission of advancing humankind's ability to deliver dignified, affordable, resilient, and sustainable shelter.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.) for TA Partner-led searches.
Build and maintain proactive pipelines for passive and hard-to-reach talent.
Develop and iterate sourcing models for difficult or specialized roles.
Recommend new techniques to improve pipeline quality and volume.
Conduct initial qualification screens to assess candidate viability and interest.
Hand off qualified pipelines to the TA Partner with market context.
Draft and personalize outreach at volume using AI tooling.
Surface non-obvious channels and talent pools.
Compile and escalate sourcing insights to the TA Partner regarding talent availability, competitive dynamics, and market signals.
Document sourcing plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and metrics.
Maintain data hygiene through disciplined candidate dispositioning and adherence to response timelines and the CoE playbook.

Requirements

2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing across at least one talent domain.
Track record of engaging passive candidates and running initial qualification conversations.
Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and disciplined candidate dispositioning.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
