About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our Integrated Communications team in New York City. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in carrying out strategies in our award-winning total market and multicultural campaigns for our clients, maximizing reach through traditional and digital media, social media, and events/activations conducive to demonstrable ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated communications efforts across a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact on client accounts, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables with minimal oversight.
  • Execute integrated communications initiatives, including media relations, influencer engagement, partnerships, and experiential activations.
  • Craft compelling communications materials, including press releases, pitches, and presentations.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, journalists, and creators.
  • Monitor and analyze media, creator, consumer, and cultural trends.
  • Contribute strategic and creative ideas during campaign development and brainstorms.
  • Maintain expertise in multicultural consumer segments and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or vocational degree from a fully accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 5+ years professional work experience.
  • Experience with multicultural and Asian consumers.
  • Proficiency and/or fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience leading integrated communications campaigns.
  • Proven experience growing business, finding new ways in, and charting new pathways.
  • Ability to role model the agency’s vision and connect it to client’s goals.
  • Strong pulse on culture, diversity, community, traditional/digital/social media, and new communications innovations.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a diverse array of people.
  • Cultural awareness, acuity, and sensitivity.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress efficiently.

  • $70,000 - $85,000
