About the Role

As the Senior Cyber Architect - Digital & Data, you will play a pivotal role in leading security architecture development and consulting across high-impact Digital and Data & AI initiatives. You will design and implement systems and processes that anticipate cyber threats and ensure our security posture remains robust, forward-looking, and aligned with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Champion NIST-based Enterprise Cyber frameworks across Digital and Data teams, providing expert cyber security guidance.
• Partner with Enterprise Security Architect and peer Cyber Architects to design security domain architectures and establish reference architectures across the Digital, Data, and AI spaces.
• Consult across project and BAU operations, promoting the secure-by-design culture and security architecture patterns.
• Collaborate with Cyber engineering and operations teams to align core security service integrations with business objectives and Cyber service offerings.
• Manage project submissions to Endeavour’s Architecture Alignment Forums and Architecture Review Board to ensure high-quality security architecture.
• Contribute to evolving Cyber policies and standards, specifically across Digital, application, and data security domains.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cyber security architecture and design roles.
• At least 3 years operating independently in a senior capacity against a large digital business portfolio with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Deep knowledge of NIST CSF and OWASP.
• Solid working understanding of TOGAF.
• Hands-on capability to conduct comprehensive Cyber engagements, including control gap and Cyber risk assessments.
• Pragmatic, adaptable, and composed under pressure.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management across complex organisations.
• Customer-centric approach.
• AI Security foundational knowledge or hands-on experience (Desirable).
• Familiarity with Enterprise Agent Platforms (Vertex AI), Gemini, NHI, MCP, A2A, or closely related areas (Desirable).
