About the Role

Rhombus Power is seeking a mid-level Product (Marketing) Manager to help shape the direction of Artemis, our information environment analysis platform. This role translates operational needs into product priorities, represents Artemis to senior government and defense audiences, and builds market understanding for competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Bring practitioner-level expertise to Artemis's product direction, translating end-user workflows and mission needs into product priorities and requirements.
  • Bring the voice of the customer and pressure-test features, analytic outputs, and workflows against how professionals work.
  • Shape and prioritize the Artemis roadmap, contributing domain judgment on platform investments.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ground product decisions in operational reality.
  • Lead senior, customer-facing engagements — demonstrations, briefings, and working sessions — with government and defense customers.
  • Serve as a trusted interlocutor for senior national security customers.
  • Elicit and synthesize customer needs into structured input for the product roadmap.
  • Support capture, proposals, and pursuit activities with domain expertise and customer insight.
  • Sharpen how Artemis is positioned and differentiated, informed by a clear understanding of the landscape.
  • Translate market and customer insight into positioning, messaging, and differentiation, and feed findings back into product direction.
  • Contribute domain expertise to briefings, collateral, and thought-leadership materials.
  • Synthesize engagement-driven and delivery-driven inputs into a coherent product roadmap.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in strategic communications, information-environment analysis, information operations, or closely related national security work, within State, the IC, DoD, or a comparable setting.
  • Manager-level command of how strategic communications and information-environment professionals analyze and act in the information environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead senior, customer-facing engagements and briefings with government or defense audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate operational needs into clear product, positioning, and business inputs.
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion in senior and customer-facing settings.
  • Prior experience translating government or defense expertise into a commercial or product setting.
  • Experience in a data-informed strategic communications, public diplomacy, or counter-disinformation function.
  • Experience shaping or evaluating software tools, intelligence platforms, or analytic capabilities as an end user or requirements owner.
  • Experience with competitive analysis, product marketing, or business development in a national security technology context.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise software, data analytics, or intelligence platforms.
  • Active or recent Top Secret security clearance.
