About the Role
Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is an indispensable tool for digital leaders, serving over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders globally. This membership-based organization provides a single source of knowledge and insight focused on CIO-level challenges, leveraging Gartner's objectivity and independence.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships, focusing on complex and high-value clients.
- Create service solutions for clients using all ExP products, leveraging subject matter expertise.
- Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing customized service plans.
- Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
- Present or facilitate at ExP events as relevant.
- Build strong partnerships with Gartner’s Sales organization and collaborate to ensure member engagement and renewal.
Requirements
- Ability to adopt best practices, build strong relationships, follow established processes, and embrace feedback with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Natural curiosity and a willingness to share knowledge and expertise with Executive Programs members.
- Held roles in Consulting and/or as a CxO with 15+ years of progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Block Chain, Big Data, CLOUD, etc.).
- Expert level skill at managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated advanced critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
