About the Role

Fitch Group is seeking an AI Adoption and Training Specialist, Associate Director to drive the safe, responsible, and value-driven adoption of AI across the company. This role will focus on communications, training, adoption programs, and measurement to ensure colleagues understand and effectively utilize AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Run AI communications, campaigns, and events across written, video, and in-person formats.
  • Coordinate internal champions and external speakers for AI initiatives.
  • Curate Fitch's AI knowledge hub with vetted use cases, prompts, and patterns.
  • Build and maintain Fitch's AI training curriculum, including AI literacy, role-based, and advanced sessions.
  • Equip colleagues to maximize AI tool value through high-impact use cases, prompting techniques, and coaching.
  • Deliver AI adoption programs tailored to different business functions and user groups.
  • Support change management for new AI tool rollouts.
  • Build and run Fitch's AI champion network and community of practice.
  • Track AI usage and establish baseline metrics such as usage, quality, time saved, and business outcomes.
  • Run the voice-of-user program to gather feedback on AI tool adoption.
  • Produce adoption and impact reporting for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, learning and development, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in technology enablement, change management, internal communications, or learning and development.
  • Hands-on experience designing role-based training programs and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Strong, adaptable communication skills with ability to shift style, tone, and level of technical detail fluidly.
  • Confident presenting, facilitating, and storytelling across multiple formats.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI tools (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot).
  • Ability to explain AI tool value clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience defining and reporting on adoption or program metrics.
