About the Role

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a Full-Time Retail Key Holder passionate about health and wellness. This role involves supporting management, driving sales, and creating a personalized customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
• Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager & Assistant Manager.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products.
• Master product knowledge through continuous learning.
• Collaborate with the team of Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, and ensure timely product receipt processing.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.

Skills

• Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
• Passion for the health & wellness industry.
