About the Role

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder passionate about health and wellness. This role offers a fulfilling career opportunity to gain extensive knowledge of supplements and take on leadership responsibilities while fostering customer loyalty and creating personalized shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, supporting team members.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, creating memorable shopping experiences and increasing sales.
• Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of management, demonstrating integrity.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products.
• Master product knowledge through continuous learning.
• Collaborate with the team of Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain store appearance, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts, and ensure shelves are stocked and priced.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, based on business needs.
