About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors while responding professionally to security-related concerns.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor access points, lobby areas, parking areas, and other assigned locations; verify visitor authorization and report unauthorized access concerns according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities in accordance with site policies.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications, following Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
