About the Role

EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives in the Oracle cloud applications and technology space. Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology Services within the COE supports area offices by providing resources that can design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Application Solutions. This group advises clients to understand, architect, and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business, focusing on achieving an optimal applications portfolio, improved application performance, and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend robust designs.
Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring cross-workstream knowledge of Oracle Project Management Cloud.
Collaborate with project teams, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create a stand-out Projects solution offering powered by Oracle Project Management Cloud.
Lead teams in designing, setting up, testing, and deploying Oracle Project Management solutions, ensuring integrated functionality.
Understand Oracle Cloud Project Management data model conversions and advise business teams on conversion strategies and leading practices.
Guide and lead testing cycles teams and perform cutover activities for go-live preparation.
Plan and organize tasks and report progress on track/deliverables.
Demonstrate end-to-end solutions to clients through hands-on Oracle demonstrations.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Applications.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud (Project Financial Management: Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Control, Project Billing, and Enterprise Contracts for Project Billing, Project Execution Management: Project Management, Project Resource Management, Task Management).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 6 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 12-year working experience).

Skills

Ability to implement software.
Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.
Interact and communicate effectively with finance, projects, supply chain, human resources and technology senior and middle management executives as well as end users and business subject matter experts.
