About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence for patients, visitors, and staff. You will manage access, monitor activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide clear, professional communication. Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Maintain a professional front-desk presence by greeting and directing visitors, verifying access authorization, and following visitor management procedures.
Monitor access points, incoming communications, and available surveillance systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.
Support a welcoming healthcare location by providing clear directions, answering general questions, and maintaining accurate visitor and incident records.

Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
