About the Role

Join our team and provide a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guest expectations. You will be responsible for greeting guests, maintaining a neat and clean work area, and ensuring sufficient stock levels of front-end supplies.

Responsibilities

• Greet, make eye contact, and thank each guest serviced.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience.
• Project a professional image in accordance with dress code and grooming policies.
• Work safely and maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Fill guest orders with care and efficiency, including bagging groceries, price checks, loading carts, and carry-outs.
• Operate the bottle return area safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels for front-end supplies.
• Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
