  • Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve platform functionality, usability, automation, and end-user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency through automation and platform enhancements.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Fusion and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks.
  • Support the exchange of data across resilience, risk, vendor management, HR, facilities, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure the integrity, quality, consistency, and availability of data across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Support data architecture, data modeling, and governance standards to maintain Fusion as a trusted system of record.
  • Support and enhance the Fusion Framework System, the Bank's operational resilience platform, ensuring solutions align with business continuity, operational resilience, third-party risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with resilience practitioners, business stakeholders, and technology partners to deliver platform capabilities that support enterprise resilience objectives.
  • Participate in solution design reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Apply development standards, security requirements, and industry best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support platform governance processes, standards, and controls.
  • Ensure solutions support regulatory, audit, security, and operational risk requirements applicable to the Fusion platform.
  • Build effective relationships across business stakeholders, technology partners, vendors, program/project managers, and senior leaders to support delivery of short- and long-term initiatives.
  • Partner with business analysts, product owners, platform administrators, architects, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Champion a customer-focused culture, promote inclusive collaboration, and contribute to a high-performance work environment.
