About the Role
The Rental Management Trainee program is an 18-24 month training initiative designed to provide comprehensive training in Rental Management, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. The incumbent will support location and regional management with operational and administrative tasks in a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales and process inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain accurate data in the company's marketing database.
- Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
- Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle preventative maintenance and cleanliness standards.
- Meet Ryder market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company, local, state, federal, and regulatory agencies.
- Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.
- Perform On-Call Representative duties as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- One or more years of customer service experience with issue resolution preferred.
- Intermediate computer literacy required.
- Must have valid legal authorization to work in Canada.
