About the Role

The Junior Officer Leadership Program (JOLP) is a civilian leadership transition program for former U.S. military commissioned officers. Participants will apply military leadership experience in a commercial environment through three 8-month rotational assignments within GE Vernova's Wind business, developing business, technical, and operational expertise. The program aims to help veterans transition into the private sector, expand their professional network, and prepare for long-term leadership careers at GE Vernova.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate into and contribute to various teams across multiple rotational assignments.
  • Develop and broaden business acumen, technical skills, leadership skills, and network through formal curriculum and personal initiative.
  • Contribute as an active participant in the direction and management of the JOLP.

Requirements

  • Must have served in the United States Armed Forces as a Commissioned Officer for a minimum of 4 years.
  • Targeting 4-10 years of Commissioned Officer experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and demonstrate effective initiative in abstract and undefined environments and situations.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

Salary/Compensations

  • $92,800.00 - $154,700.00
  • Geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
  • Discretionary annual bonus
