About the Role

SynergenX-Low T Center-HerKare, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to advance a career in the medical field, working alongside leaders in hormone replacement therapy and weight management.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual vitals, routine blood draws, and administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections per provider request.
• Maintain lab equipment and document all lab results and quality controls.
• Process labs in-house or prepare them for external facilities with proper patient orders.
• Manage weekly inventory, ordering, and inter-departmental communication.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Must be flexible and willing to travel between Pflugerville and South Austin Low T Center locations.
• Must provide physical proof of High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months relevant work experience in a medical setting or documented completion of 180 extern hours.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be available for the following schedule: Monday 8 AM-5 PM, Tuesday 8 AM-7 PM, Wednesday 8 AM-1 PM, Thursday 7 AM-5 PM, Friday 8 AM-5 PM, and up to 3 Saturdays a month from 8 AM-12 PM. A weekday off will be provided when a Saturday is worked.
