About the Role
Brompton Heights is seeking dedicated LPNs to provide nursing care to residents, supervise direct care staff, and ensure residents feel genuinely cared for.
Responsibilities
- Observe and report changes in resident status to the primary care provider and Director of Nursing.
- Document interactions and observations according to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved school of vocational, practical, or professional Nursing program.
- Current Nursing license in good standing.
- Good physical and mental health.
- Ability to occasionally twist, bend, squat, kneel, and crouch.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk during all shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) lbs.
- Produce a PPD (Mantoux) skin test or blood test for tuberculosis and immunization records as required.
