About the Role
Lead the successful execution of complex building automation projects across multiple sites, driving strategy, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder engagement from planning to final delivery. This role requires deep expertise in construction management, BAS/HVAC systems, and organizational leadership, partnering closely with clients, engineering teams, and senior leadership to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery that meets the highest technical standards.
Responsibilities

- Direct and mentor project teams, including field staff, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Own project portfolio performance — scope, budget, schedule, and quality — and deliver monthly financial and milestone reporting to senior executives.
- Oversee all contract documentation, change order management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate closely with clients to build trust, manage expectations, and serve as primary point of escalation.
- Evaluate and approve engineering designs, technical submittments, and BoMs for compliance and efficiency.
- Mitigate risk through proactive planning, forecasting, and issue resolution.
- Standardize best practices across projects to drive efficiency and quality in delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Divcon’s internal systems (e.g., DivPro), safety standards, and project documentation protocols.

- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and financial tools.
- OSHA 30 certification obtained within the past two (2) years is required.
- If certification is not current or has not been completed, OSHA 30 training will be provided and must be successfully completed within the first week of employment.
