About the Role

ACS New York is seeking an individual with experience and skills in promoting value through customer service, the ability to foster long-lasting client relationships, and an interest in joining an exciting industry to support one of our top performing Regional Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting mentor with their portfolio of clients
  • Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
  • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations
  • Booking travel for internal staff
  • Assisting Accounts with expenses, invoices, checks etc.

Requirements

  • Hardworking and flexible

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
