About the Role

ATLAS SP is seeking self-motivated individuals to join its Business Services team providing core day to day support of the Consumer and Commercial Originations business. This role will engage in the lifecycle management of lending facilities, including booking, funding coordination, covenant monitoring and asset management functions. You will collaborate across the Originations, Risk, Treasury and Operations teams to manage delivery and efficient execution of financing and securitization activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the implementation and booking of new financing facilities.
Perform ongoing asset management activities.
Interface with clients on data, documentation, and reporting.
Onboard and service new and existing transactions with the Banking team.
Analyze asset data provided by clients and servicers.
Coordinate with IT and Operations to ensure proper implementation of facility terms and features.
Provide oversight of funding and trade settlement activities.
Monitor covenant compliance.
Create and maintain analytical reports for key stakeholders.
Lead initiatives, process improvements, and technology enhancements to streamline operational capabilities.
Operate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate transaction information delivery.
Provide premier internal and external client support services.
Participate in new business strategies regarding pre and post trade execution, front to back flow, risk reporting, remittance coordination, and data reconciliations.

Requirements

Detail-oriented and organized candidate.
Familiarity/experience with data analytics and AI tools is strongly preferred.
Experience with interpretation of credit agreements, offering documents, or other commercial lending agreements.
Strong academic credentials.
