About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to manage and optimize ACS’s Rippling HRIS platform during a period of significant growth. This technical role requires expertise in platform configuration, reporting, and data insights, bridging HR needs with Rippling capabilities to ensure accurate data, seamless integrations, and actionable analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own Rippling platform administration, including configuration, optimization, user access management, and workflow maintenance.
• Maintain employee data accuracy and integrity, managing master data and conducting regular audits.
• Manage Rippling integrations with external systems and develop automated data workflows.
• Design and build Rippling reports and dashboards for leadership, supporting strategic HR planning with data analysis.
• Ensure Rippling configurations meet compliance requirements and maintain data security.
• Respond to employee and manager Rippling inquiries, providing training and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Rippling HRIS as the primary administrator and subject matter expert.
• Strong understanding of HRIS workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting.
• Proficiency with reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience configuring HRIS integrations with external systems.
• Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements (ADA, HIPAA, I-9, wage/hour, data privacy).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
