Responsibilities
- Planning, directing and overseeing operations.
- Assisting with the development of menus.
- Establishing and maintaining standards for food purchasing, storage, and preparation.
- Analyzing department operations and re-evaluating the quality of services.
- Developing and implementing job routines and procedures to increase efficiency and uphold the highest level of customer service.
- Identifying and addressing opportunities to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve service.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in food service for retail and patient services.
- Hospitality and supervisory related experience.
- Must live within a commutable distance to NYP.
