About the Role

A successful landscaper at Kenrick will provide excellent service while always keeping quality in mind. The ability to use different hand and power tools and equipment will be necessary to perform this job well. Ultimately, we are looking for a motivated individual that enjoys the fast paced and demanding environment of our properties.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, rake and dispose of grass clippings
• Perform string trimming
• Trim shrubs and trees
• Rake and dispose of leaves
• Perform weeding
• Plant grass seed, flowers, shrubs and trees
• Perform fertilization
• Conduct grounds pick-ups
• Remove dead shrubs and trees
• Perform snow and ice removal, snow blowing and shoveling, salt and ice chopping
• Service equipment, including oil changes, blade sharpening, and routine maintenance
• Respond to periodic maintenance calls when needed

Requirements

• Ability to use different hand and power tools and equipment
• Basic electrical & plumbing knowledge is a plus
