About the Role

Oneida Health Hospital is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to provide 12-hour first-shift coverage in our ICU. This position is responsible for coordinating patient care and performing nursing services requiring specialized judgment and skills. You will supervise related support nursing staff and report to the ICU Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient care

• Supervising other nursing personnel that report to you
• Keeping neat records
• Preparing reports in a timely manner

• Using superb organizational skills when it comes to supplies and equipment
• Remaining calm and professional in crisis and emergent situations

Requirements

• Associate of Nursing (Required)
• New York RN (Required)
• BLS (Required)
• ACLS (Required)
• ICU: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred)
• PALS (Preferred)
