About the Role
This role owns customer education end-to-end, building a scalable system for an AI-native product. You will teach customers how to use Broccoli AI and leverage AI tools to create training materials, analyze customer friction, and generate documentation efficiently. The goal is to ensure customers can go live and derive value from Broccoli with minimal human intervention.
Responsibilities
- Own customer education end to end and build it into a scalable system.
- Design the framework and roadmap for the education system.
- Teach customers how to get the most out of an AI-native product, choosing appropriate formats like job aids, video, or in-product guidance.
- Use AI to build training materials, draft lessons, produce documentation, and analyze friction.
- Design education around key customer interaction moments for natural, low-friction adoption.
- Connect existing customer workflows to how Broccoli helps, making onboarding intuitive.
- Build a certification program to measure proficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years building training, education, or instructional content for tool adoption.
- Experience building education or training programs from the ground up.
- Ability to produce content (job aids, videos, walkthroughs) independently.
- Skill in translating messy, real-world workflows into clear, confidence-building lessons.
- Daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) for training development, friction analysis, and speed.
- Strong opinions on formats and tools, with a curiosity for novel approaches.
- Comfortable being the first and only owner of a function, prioritizing tasks.
- Ability to quickly become fluent in trade-heavy customer industries (plumbing, HVAC, electrical).
- Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing) is a plus.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
