About the Company
- This family is not looking to outsource parenting; they are seeking a true partner who takes initiative, anticipates the family's needs, and naturally steps in where support is needed.
- Both parents work from home at times, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative household while also taking ownership of the children's day.
- There may occasionally be overlap with an afternoon babysitter.
