Manage high-volume calls and emails, coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), and serve as a key liaison between clients, attorneys, and claimants in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate IMEs
- Communicate with clients and claimants
- Manage medical records via WCB portal
- Coordinate translation & transportation services
- Resolve inquiries with accuracy and professionalism

- Strong multitasking & time management skills
- Professional phone presence
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook
