About the Role
The Nobel Biocare Territory Representative is responsible for achieving sales and service goals within an assigned territory by selling and promoting Nobel Biocare products, solutions, and services to existing and potential new customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, assess their needs and characteristics, and present appropriate products, solutions, and services.
- Analyze sales trends within the territory and plan sales activities to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction, implementing marketing activities to grow business.
- Identify and maintain contact with prospective customers, developing strategies to convert them from competitors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
- Maintain accurate customer files and records for organizational sharing.
- Report product issues, customer losses, or competitive strategies to management.
- Stay informed about products, technologies, clinical studies, and competitive activity to inform strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures and implement them at the territory level.
- Establish and maintain a travel schedule for consistent customer contact, following the sales plan and routing plan.
- Manage the assigned geographical territory within the allocated expense budget.
- Complete all administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
- Participate in trade shows and company meetings, supporting educational programs when territory customers attend.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean record; ability to drive a car is an essential function of the position.
