About the Role

This role supports high-priority work across the Office of the CEO and the business performance portfolio, providing data-driven insights, performance reporting, and analytical support to inform decision-making and advance key business priorities. The Senior Analyst will monitor business performance, coordinate reporting, and prepare materials for leadership discussions, gaining exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of executive presentations, briefing notes, and leadership communications for the Office of the CEO and business performance portfolio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to collect information, coordinate deliverables, and support ongoing initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, data quality, and performance tracking practices.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, finance, strategy, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience analyzing data and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Experience with business performance management, KPI reporting, or portfolio reporting.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an asset.
