About the Role
The Data, Insights & Analytics (DI&A) Project Management Office (PMO) drives disciplined delivery across a portfolio of technology and business initiatives. As a Senior Analyst, Technology Support, you will provide operational, technical, and governance support for successful project execution. You will act as a liaison between business partners, project teams, technology teams, and support functions to maintain tools, delivery controls, and reporting. Your work will support better decision-making, stronger governance, and a more efficient project delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Support DI&A project and program delivery by coordinating portfolio activities.
- Maintain delivery artifacts and ensure teams follow established PMO processes and governance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain portfolio, project, and governance reporting for stakeholder visibility.
- Administer and support project delivery tools, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist users with tool-related issues and effective tool utilization.
- Track risks, issues, action items, and dependencies across initiatives.
- Escalate concerns and drive timely follow-up and resolution.
- Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, technology teams, and support partners.
- Coordinate activities and improve communication to support successful delivery outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve PMO operations, reporting, governance, and tool usage.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in technology support, project coordination, project management office support, or a related delivery environment.
- Experience supporting portfolios, governance processes, or technology-enabled initiatives is highly valued.
- Ability to work through complex information, identify patterns, and generate clear reporting and actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to keep processes, documentation, and reporting on track in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across business and technology teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience with project tracking, reporting, governance documentation, and tool administration in a technology or project delivery setting.
- Knowledge of portfolio management and PMO practices is an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location(s).
- May be required to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests.
