About the Role
This role is key to identifying, shaping, and supporting the delivery of innovative, data-driven solutions within the Emerging Technology portfolio, creating measurable value for Global Key Accounts in the Animal Health sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead market analysis and opportunity validation, focusing on commercially viable, customer-relevant data-led solutions.
- Coordinate and drive end-to-end project delivery, including planning, tracking, and execution across multiple workstreams.
- Own the development of high-quality presentations, reporting, and delivery materials for senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional stakeholder discussions, ensuring alignment, clear decision-making, and progress against objectives.
- Support the development of customer-facing materials and value propositions to enable engagement with key accounts and external partners.
- Identify and implement improvements to processes, reporting, and data utilization, enhancing efficiency and decision-making.
- Drive change management and communication efforts across innovation programs.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience working within international, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
- Experience contributing to data-driven projects, transformation initiatives, or innovation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a structured and organised way.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in innovation and leveraging data to develop new solutions.
- Animal health and agriculture knowledge beneficial.
