About the Role
Support the broking team in providing the most appropriate risk management program for assigned accounts based on client needs. Focus on assisting with program summaries, cover notes, and responding to client requests for information during the reinsurance program renewal process.
Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to client requests for information, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Capture market feedback and prepare program summaries.
- Ensure proper documentation is completed and filed within compliance protocols.
- Document all external correspondence and telephone conversations in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
- Foster new relationships with reinsurers, clients, colleagues, and Marsh.
- Develop knowledge of reinsurer capabilities with assistance from relevant departments.
- Update management on issues and progress for account assignments.
Requirements
- Very strong computational skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining relationships.
- Verbal and writing skills for complex communications.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to find creative solutions to new problems.
