Responsibilities
- Refine a new Enterprise-wide analytical tools validation framework
- Plan and execute validation projects
- Assess the quality and risk of analytical tool methodologies and their usage
- Understand technical issues in analytical tools and assess risks and opportunities
- Independently research, identify, and prototype industry best practices for emerging analytical tools
- Communicate results clearly and concisely through validation reports and presentations
- Leverage education, colleagues, and training to develop solutions to business problems
- Coach and mentor junior staff
Requirements
- Possess strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking abilities
- Possess communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Handle multiple concurrent projects
- Work independently and in teams
- Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field plus at least 7 years of experience performing data analytics, OR currently have, or be in the process of obtaining a Master’s Degree plus at least 5 years of experience performing data analytics with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date
- At least 5 years of experience performing professional data analysis work
- At least 5 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies
- At least 2 years of experience managing people

- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900
