About the Role

As the Senior Manager, Organization Development (OD) & Performance, you will be accountable for providing enterprise leadership, strategic direction, and implementation of progressive organization performance and development strategies to foster a high-performance culture. You will offer expertise in consulting, developing, and delivering a full range of organization and team strategies, including performance management, talent and succession planning, strategic workforce planning, organization design, engagement, career assessment, and competency frameworks to support business progress and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee organization performance and development initiatives supporting enterprise workforce capability requirements and business strategy.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on OD initiatives that support business objectives, staying current with best practices, identifying priorities, and implementing operational efficiencies and continuous improvement.
  • Develop ongoing strategies and deliver multi-year tactical plans for broad-spectrum organizational programming.
  • Leverage data insights to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and trends, proactively identifying and implementing policy, procedure, and program enhancements.
  • Manage the delivery of OD programming, measure program effectiveness, collaborate with stakeholders, solicit feedback, and use performance data to recommend improvements in engagement, performance, and talent leverage.
  • Coach and develop your team, manage recruitment and selection, oversee performance, and foster an agile culture to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Seven years of progressive experience in Human Resources (HR), OD, Talent Development, Learning, or Talent Management, including people leadership experience.
  • A post-secondary degree in OD, Organization or Industrial Psychology, Adult Education, HR Management, or a related discipline.
  • An OD certification or a related designation.
  • Strong knowledge of supporting disciplines such as Training/Learning, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, general HR and HR Analytics, Program, change and project management, and technology supporting organization development (e.g., HRIS).
  • Occasional travel will be required.
  • Strict confidentiality is required regarding sensitive matters and employees' personal information.

  • English language proficiency.
  • French language proficiency is an asset.
