About the Role
As a front-line representative, you will ensure every customer receives personalized, fast, and friendly service. You will prepare food and beverages, transact purchases, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages
- Transact customer purchases
- Adhere to safety regulations and established build guides
- Follow state and/or federal age-restricted sales laws
- Replenish and stock inventory
- Maintain and clean food prep and storage areas
- Process customer purchases
- Clean store facilities
- Follow proper cash handling procedures
- Balance fast service with customer needs
- Create memorable experiences for customers
- Engage with every customer
Requirements
- Must successfully complete a four-phase training program, including ServSafe Food Handler online certification and age-restricted sales training
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred
- Prior experience in food service, along with knowledge of USDA, state, federal, and/or local food agency guidelines is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for creating memorable service experiences
- Able to solve basic mathematical calculations
