About the Role

Own organic social strategy at Realtor.com, building the content calendar, collaborating with cross-functional teams to repackage real estate content for social media, and identifying opportunities to connect the brand with relevant trends and culture. Strong creative production or video background, and/or experience automating social processes with AI, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own organic social strategy and day-to-day management across channels.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar that surfaces real estate news resonating with social audiences and balances brand-building with reach and impressions.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to connect Realtor.com to relevant trends and conversations.
  • Develop social-first partnership and brand concepts.
  • Report on organic social performance, tying results back to broader marketing and business goals.
  • Use platform-native and third-party analytics tools to identify what's working and adjust strategy.
  • Own the social publishing tool and associated vendor relationship.
  • Build AI-driven processes to help the team move faster.
  • Partner with data science/analytics teams on advanced measurement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of social media management experience, with demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day execution and think strategically.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in standard social publishing & production tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Canva, CapCut, native platform tools).
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling and interpreting social and campaign performance data to inform decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce content yourself, not just brief and direct others.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, or creative teams.
  • Creative production or video experience, especially scaling a video program rather than one-off production.
  • Experience automating social processes with AI.
  • Experience in consumer tech, marketplace, or app-first businesses.
  • Experience with paid media is a plus.
