About the Role
Proner & Proner is seeking a candidate to manage social media content creation and client intake. This role offers direct access to the firm's principal attorney, opportunities for input on firm presentation, and a chance to see the direct impact of your work on helping clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, film, and edit short-form video content for various social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy.
- Coordinate with attorneys to translate legal information into understandable content.
- Capture photos and videos in various settings.
- Track social media performance and report on key metrics.
- Coordinate with external SEO and paid search vendors.
- Support content related to motorcycle rights and community outreach.
- Answer incoming calls, web form submissions, chat inquiries, and social media messages from prospective clients.
- Conduct intake interviews and record case details in the case management system.
- Screen inquiries and escalate promising matters to an attorney.
- Follow up with prospective clients and manage retainer agreements.
- Refer out or decline matters outside the firm's practice areas.
- Maintain intake records and produce weekly reports.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, customer service, call center, sales, or legal intake.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable on camera and proficient in shooting and editing vertical video.
- Working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or comparable editing and design tools.
- Genuine empathy and ability to make callers feel comfortable.
- Strong organization and follow-through skills.
- Comfort with case management and CRM software.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
