About the Role
50 West Street Condominium seeks a highly professional and polished Porter to help deliver a flawless, five-star living experience. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, white-glove customer service, and a proactive approach to high-end building maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the immaculate cleanliness and physical aesthetic of the building, including detailed mopping, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets, and discreet rubbish disposal.
- Safely operate and maintain the compactor room and other mechanical equipment.
- Organize and maintain supply rooms to ensure materials are stocked.
- Cover staff breaks to ensure no lapse in service and assist handymen as instructed.
- Promptly report any maintenance problems, resident concerns, or building issues to the Resident Manager or Management.
- Strictly adhere to elevated operational procedures to uphold luxury standards.
Requirements
- Experience in an ultra-luxury residential building is strictly required.
- Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Polished interpersonal and verbal communication skills for daily interaction with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
- Proven top-tier customer service experience with a polite and hospitable demeanor.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and carry up to fifty (50) pounds.
