About the Role
Anaplan is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join the Revenue Performance Management (RPM) Application team. This role will drive the execution of product vision and roadmap for GTM Planning Applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value. Responsibilities include translating strategic priorities into a roadmap, gathering business requirements, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful product strategy execution.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to product vision by gathering customer and market insights, identifying opportunities, and shaping future investments.
- Drive execution against product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
- Gather, synthesize, and communicate high-level business requirements in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure requirements are well understood and ready for detailed functional design.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing, in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Ensure all teams are aligned for a successful product launch.
- Track product performance post-launch, including user adoption, customer satisfaction, and business metrics.
- Use data to inform decisions for future improvements and iterations.
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and customers by providing regular updates.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback through various channels to improve existing products and influence future product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Enterprise Software Implementation.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product development and/or enterprise software delivery.
- Prior experience working on Sales Performance solutions or related business domains (e.g., Revenue Operations, GTM Planning, Sales Finance).
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
