About the Role
PrizePicks is seeking a Product Designer to own the Promotions and Rewards Experience, focusing on creating delightful and exciting moments for members. You will be responsible for the design of the rewards ecosystem, driving design excellence and setting new industry benchmarks for quality.
Responsibilities
- Drive End-to-End Delivery within the Promotions and Rewards domain, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Build and refine interfaces, focusing on hands-on design and high-fidelity prototyping for a premium member experience.
- Develop and ship new features using AI, rapid prototyping, and iterative design to deepen loyalty.
- Maintain design standards through consistent design reviews and design system maintenance.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing mastery in visual craft, interaction design, and strategic thinking.
- Mastery of visual design principles (typography, layout, color theory) and a passion for motion and micro-interactions.
- Proven ability to translate abstract business goals and user needs into a compelling design vision and execution plan.
- Deep empathy and user focus, considering usability and accessibility as core tenets of design.
- Foundational understanding of frontend technologies and ability to foster a seamless handoff process with engineering.
- Ability to utilize AI to bridge gaps and build functional prototypes and demos.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
