About the Role

Indera is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Manlius area with a woman who has disabilities, supporting her engagement in community activities and making a positive difference in her life.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for community engagement and activities.
• Utilize technology (multiple apps) for community-based tasks.
• Adhere to ARISE/EFR's technology policy.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive at the job site on time.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps.
• Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check.

Skills

• Providing positive behavior supports (a plus)
• Working with people with Developmental Disabilities (preferred)
• Technology proficiency (app usage)
