Provide timely support in developing, maintaining, analyzing, and coordinating the Plant Production Schedule.

Develop weekly and daily production schedules for manufacturing lines following the most up-to-date Master Planning process.
Analyze material requirements plans and release orders for all locally purchased materials, maintaining inventory at planned levels.
Monitor shelf life of purchased materials and ensure consumption before expiry.
Review and analyze production variance reports to ensure production plans meet customer demand and minimize material obsolescence.
Review weekly/daily production schedule with Operations Leader and make necessary changes.
Communicate production schedules and schedule changes to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Assign material requirements (waves) to the Central Distribution Centre.
Ensure locally purchased items are received and processed accurately in the ERP system and send final confirmation to A/P for payment processing.
Cross-train with other Production Planners/Schedulers to plan/schedule production for any manufacturing facilities in the network.
Maintain and update scheduling files.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in Production and Raw Materials Planning for manufacturing is an asset.
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of inventory planning fundamentals.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Experience with Planning (MRP)/ERP systems is desirable.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various competing priorities.
