About the Role
The Process Engineer will implement HAPS (Haleon Performance System) principles and tools to achieve business strategy and improve performance in Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost through a data-driven approach. This role is also responsible for project management and execution of productivity initiatives aligned with site goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage F4G (Opportunity and Loss Matrix) projects
- Optimize and maintain HAPS tools for site usage
- Facilitate kaizen events to support site results
- Serve as SME for two Reliability pillars (5S/SMED/AM/Centerlining)
- Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for waste, line balancing, and line flow
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills for effective internal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office, Data Collection Systems, Statistical Analysis tools, and Simulation Software
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

- $79,162 to $108,848.30 plus an 8% performance bonus
