Responsibilities

  • Assist and identify opportunities for improvement, executing approved improvement plans.
  • Supervise staff orientation, training, and cross-training to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
  • Communicate job expectations and conduct coaching and training for clinic employees.
  • Collaborate with providers to facilitate daily briefings and monthly meetings.
  • Assist in managing site staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Monitor patient flow, wait times, and efficiency, implementing surge protocols as needed.
  • Provide support to providers as requested.
  • Consult with providers to ensure optimal patient care conditions.
  • Oversee clinic staff and activities for timely service delivery.
  • Follow established scripts and protocols for patient interactions.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to housekeeping and maintenance schedules.
  • Complete and oversee the 'Clinical Lead To Do and To Delegate' list when on duty.
  • Treat patients, visitors, and staff with compassion and respect, striving for excellent patient satisfaction.
  • Handle patient and visitor issues and complaints according to the grievance policy.
  • Implement programs and practices to improve operations, staff retention, and employee engagement.
  • Provide direct oversight of occupational medicine at the site.
  • Monitor site metrics, including patient satisfaction, visits, and expenditures.
  • Address individual or team performance deficiencies in collaboration with management.
  • Assist in managing accounts receivables/bad debt for the site.
  • Submit weekly supply orders, review scheduling for errors, and update scheduled visits in EMR.
  • Submit, review, and correct required reporting, and review office expense budgets.
  • Participate in the development and execution of organizational goals and objectives.
  • Exemplify the desired organizational culture and work effectively as a team member.
  • Assist in creating work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and adjusting levels based on patient volume.
  • Assist with employee timekeeping, attendance tracking, and absence management.
  • Recognize and reward team members for meeting goals and demonstrating company values.
  • Support pilot initiatives such as new systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Evening and weekend hours required.
  • May be required to work alternate shifts and float to other clinic locations.
  • May be required to work in a staff position to fill open shifts.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skill in organizing and establishing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • At least 1-2 years of medical office/healthcare experience.
  • Prior management and healthcare experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize and execute administrative systems and processes proficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels and team leaders.
  • Traveling required throughout all clinic locations within the assigned Area.

  • Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
