About the Role
Sock Club is seeking a Production Sock Designer to create and finalize custom sock designs for clients. This role is crucial as your work is the final step before products go into production, requiring both precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and finalize sock designs to meet daily turnaround goals and tight deadlines.
- Manage a high volume of concurrent projects without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure all produced materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
- Partner with designers, Sales, and Marketing to understand project requirements.
- Communicate directly with clients or through the Sales team to incorporate feedback.
- Adjust quickly to shifting scope, deadlines, feedback, and revision requests.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to integrate AI tools into the design pipeline to reduce repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating consistent, high-quality design work.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Effective time management.
- Strong communication skills, with experience or comfort interacting directly with clients.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
