About the Role
Copart is seeking skilled and dedicated Class B or A tow truck drivers to join our team. Drivers will bring vehicles to Copart locations and have the opportunity to travel nationwide for catastrophe response, supporting hurricane, flooding, and natural disaster events, as well as assisting other Copart locations.
Responsibilities
- Willing to travel nationally on short notice for extended periods.
- Deploy to catastrophe events within 24 hours when directed.
- Pick-up and delivery of vehicles to designated Copart facilities.
- Load/unload vehicles safely and without damage.
- Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain commitment to safety, productivity, and professionalism.
- Maintain Hours of Service logs.
- Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager in support of daily operations.
Requirements
- Must meet background screening criteria.
- Must possess a Class A or B Driver's License issued by your state of residence.
- Travel will be required, including by airplane at times.
- Must be able to work long hours (12+ hours per day) when needed.
- Must be able to travel with 24 hours or less notice.
- Ability to work in extreme conditions, weather, and terrain.
