About the Role
We are seeking an affable, creative, and accommodating Lead Bartender with the skills to win multiple mixology awards and the enthusiasm to provide guests with a memorable, mood-lifting experience. Responsibilities
- Train team members to implement SOPs for the bar operation.
- Communicate bar inventory needs and forecast demand for menu items to management.
- Create detailed nightly reports on staff performance, clientele incidents, and maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
- Experience in Beverage operations.
- Team player, hard worker, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
