About the Role

Support clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Design by configuring, building, validating, and maintaining their engineering libraries. Guide clients through best practices, conduct check-ins, and provide targeted support to maximize value from their engineering libraries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress and challenges.
• Assist clients in creating and validating engineering libraries, including product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Provide one-on-one support and guidance on using Toolbox and Design libraries effectively.
• Adapt approach to meet the needs of clients at varying technical skill levels.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the onboarding and validation process.
• Identify and resolve challenges related to library setup, configuration, or usage.
• Share client feedback and recurring issues with development and content teams.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within CAD/CAM, engineering software, or the architectural millwork industry.
• Familiarity with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Design, or other AutoCAD-based design/manufacturing solutions strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering libraries, including configuration, validation, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience providing client training and support, both in-person and virtually.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Patient, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
